How to Open A Support Ticket From your Client Area

If you need to report a problem or request assistance, opening a ticket is a great way to communicate with us. Our ticket system allows us to provide you with updates until your issue is resolved. Follow the steps below to open a ticket without any hassle:

1. Log in to your client area HERE
2. After logging in, click on ‘Open Ticket’ at the top of the screen.

3. Choose the relevant department for your query.
Note: Selecting the correct department will help avoid delays in resolving your issue.

4. After choosing the correct department, you will be redirected to another page where you can provide the relevant details. Fill in the required information accordingly.

If you need to send files or images related to your issue, you can do so under “Attachments” (Allowed File Extensions: .jpg, .gif, .jpeg, .png, .zip, .pdf).

Once you have completed the form, click on the “Submit” button. A confirmation email containing the ticket number and details will be sent to your registered email address.

6. To check the status of your support ticket requests, click on ‘Support’ at the top of the screen, and then select ‘Tickets’.
