During the term of your agreement with Enrol, you must ensure that your use of any resource offered or controlled by Enrol (“Service”) conforms with Enrol’s current Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”). The Company reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at its sole discretion by posting the updated terms on the Site. It is your responsibility to periodically review the Terms for any changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of such changes.

Account
To start using our services, all users must create an account (“Account”).
Whether registering as an individual or a company, all users must provide the names of natural persons in the first and last name fields.
If you are registering an account for a company or legal entity, you must include the name of a natural person as well as the name of the company you represent. By doing so, you confirm that you have the authority to legally bind that entity and grant us all permissions and licenses as outlined in these Terms.
During the registration process, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, and keep your Account profile page information up-to-date at all times.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether it’s with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and must notify us immediately if you become aware of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to the rights of another person or entity without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar, or obscene.
You are liable for all activities conducted through your Account unless such activities are not authorized by you and you are not otherwise negligent (such as failing to report the unauthorized use or loss of your credentials).
When creating an account, you must provide us with accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in the immediate termination of your account on our Service.
We will set up your account after receiving payment and screening the order(s) for fraud with our payment partner(s). Payment can be made via bank transfer or through any of our online payment options. If you choose to make payment via cash deposit, we will request additional KYC information for security reasons before activating the service you paid for. Please note that this KYC process will only be done per client account.
You must provide us with an email address that is not a webmail account @ the domain(s) (e.g. mail@yourdomain.com) you are signing up under. The primary email address on file will be used for any necessary communication or in case of an abuse issue. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address on file is current and up-to-date at all times. If you have a domain name registered with Enrol, it is your responsibility to ensure that the contact information for your domain account and your actual domain name(s) are correct and up-to-date. Enrol is not responsible for a lapsed registration due to outdated contact information being associated with the domain. If you need to verify or change this information, you should contact our support team via email at hello@enrol.ng. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account.
You are responsible for ensuring that your sites and all sites you host comply with all rules outlined on this page. Misuse may result in actions on your account, including removal from the host with or without notice and without a refund.
Domain Name Registration
Before purchasing a domain name on our Site, you are required to ensure that the domain name does not infringe on any domain name, trademark, or tradename of a third party.
All domain names purchased on our Site shall be subject to our Domain Name Policy for .NG Domain Names, Non .NG Domain Registration Agreement for gTLDs, Domain Names Agreement and Domain Name Deletion and Autorenewal Policy.
Transfers of service from Other Providers
Upon your request, our transfer team will make every effort to help you move your site to us. However, transfers are provided as a courtesy service, and we can not make guarantees regarding the availability, possibility, or time required to complete an account transfer. Each hosting company is configured differently, and some hosting platforms save data in an incompatible or proprietary format, which may make it extremely difficult if not impossible to migrate some or all account data. Whilst we will endeavour to assist with the transfer, in some cases, we may be unable to assist you in the transfer of data from an old host.
The free transfer services are available for 30 days from your signup date. Transfers outside of the 30-day free period will incur a charge; please contact us at hello@enrol.ng with specific details to receive a price quote.
Transfers of Registered Accounts and Websites
In order to access the account of any of our registered clients or have the account transferred to you or another registrar, we will require you to establish your relationship with our registered client. When you have established your relationship with our registered client, we will notify the registered client of your request. Upon receiving the written consent of the registered client to transfer the account to you and upon receiving a signed indemnity letter from you, we will transfer the website to you or your preferred registrar.
Where you claim that your website was developed by any of our registered clients, we will require the registered client’s written consent to transfer the website either to you or another registrar.
Where you claim that the registered client is dead, we will require you to provide us with the registered client’s death certificate. Upon providing us with the death certificate, you will need to sign a letter of undertaking and indemnity and depose to an affidavit stating that they are assuming responsibility for the account and would indemnify Enrol from all liability.
